1. Refunds for completed services
* Once an IV infusion has been administered, no refunds will be issued.
* If you experience an adverse reaction, please report it to our staff immediately. While we take all necessary precautions, we cannot guarantee individual responses to IV therapy.
* If a session is discontinued due to a medical reason before completion, a partial refund or credit may be considered.
2. NAD drip – Upfront payment policy
* When booking a NAD loading phase the NAD+ vials need to be ordered in specially for the client.
* All NAD drip bookings require full payment in advance to secure your appointment.
* No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Rescheduling may be allowed if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
3. IV drips
Once the saline and vitamins have been mixed for the client, we will not be able to refund your drip unless there is a medical reason that you cannot complete the treatment.
4. Product returns
* We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products, including IV therapy boosters or supplements.
* Unopened supplements may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided you have the original receipt. Please note that any supplements that have been opened cannot be returned, in line with pharmaceutical regulations.
5. Refund processing
* Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via the customer's preferred method.
* Bank processing times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
6. Exceptions & discretion
* In rare cases, a refund or credit may be granted at the discretion of management. Each case will be reviewed individually.
* If you have any concerns regarding your IV therapy session, please contact us at within 24 hours of your appointment.
7. Receipt required
All returns require a receipt as proof of purchase. Please keep your receipt as we cannot process returns that do not have a valid receipt for.
